Guest cards
You can assign cards as Guest Cards to provide temporary access to visitors, contractors, interviewees, or short-term staff.
- Add and activate a new credential as a Guest Card or assign an existing card to a guest by clicking “Guest Card” in the Add Guest menu or on the Credential Details page.
- Filter credentials by guest on the Physical Credentials index page.
- Deassign the guest and assign the card to a user to use it as a regular access card.
If guest access was granted for a fixed period, the card will remain assigned to the guest after expiration, but the Access Rights section will be empty. New access can be granted to the same guest .
