Zen Planner is an all-in-one member management platform for gyms, martial arts schools, and boutique fitness studios, covering memberships, scheduling, billing, and reporting. Connect Zen Planner with Kisi to automatically grant and revoke door access based on active membership status — no manual access management required.
This is a Kisi-built integration, maintained and supported by Kisi.
How the integration works
The Kisi and Zen Planner integration syncs membership data to keep door access aligned with membership status in real time. When a member's membership becomes active in Zen Planner, they are automatically granted access in Kisi. When a membership expires, is canceled, or becomes inactive, access is revoked.
Administrators map Zen Planner locations to Kisi groups and select which membership types grant access per location. Only members with an active membership of a selected type receive access.
Attendance check-ins are planned for a future release of this integration.
